Genova Academy consists of giving teams a customized tour and catering to the needs of the specific team. We can also provide different Uefa A and B licensed coaching staffs and will provide professional training centers for all ages for male and female teams.
All tours consist of full board and 4 star accommodation, training complex, transport, insurance, city tours, training kits and official friendly games.
Genova International is renound for its exclusive development and pathway system and over 126 players have been sent to professional football clubs in Europe in the past 8 years alone.
It’s exclusive training programs has helped many youth players develop and progress into their career pathways. Usually players are selected from identification campus which then are selected to join a pro tour in Europe with a six game showcase and to play against top professional clubs in a two week period.
After the trail games process, the better players are invited to stay back and join the elite GISS Italian Spanish or U.K based academies for final detailing before they are sent of to trails, the director Morris Pagniello personally controls player management and looks after the players interests.
Genova International can not guarantee 100% a professional football contract. Our mission is to help players to reach the European Standard, but a follow-up will be guaranteed only to the best talented players. In facts, by the end of the journey in Genova International our staff will be in charge for negotiating with all the interested clubs. or will try to schedule Tryouts suited according to the level of the player.
